Requirements:

• Able to manage the day-to-day operation functioning of the food production including overseeing the implementation of HACCP,
• Good administration skill, cost-control competent,
• Customer oriented-mindset,
• proven good track records,
• min. 3 years experience in the same position in the 4 or 5 star hotel.
