Sub Branch Manager-SBM/Pincapem
(Placement in Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Palembang, Makasar, Madura, Bekasi, Jakarta: Mampang, Kedoya, Kebayoran,Tanah Abang, Tanjung Priuk, Kelapa Gading, Pondok Indah, Makasar, Pasar Minggu, Rawamangun, Fatmawati)

Responsibilities:

• Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
• Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
• Develop bussiness at the branch& maintain existing customer.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;
• Have good market portfolio & database;
• Male / Female age max 37 years;
• Understand banking operation & procedure;
• Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Good command of english & computer literacy is required.
