VACANCY
We are a Joint Venture Company (PMA) located at Kawasan Industri Medan II, looking for experienced, highly qualified, and professionals candidates to fill following position:

HRD Staff

Requirements:

• University graduate, frefer from Law, Management or Psychology
• Having experience minimum 1 year in human resources from manufacturing industry or labour intensive
• Having knowledge and familiar with Manpower Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evauation
• Hands on experience in dealing with Labour Union, PLB Negotiation and setlement labour dispute
• Understand Jamsostek & Payroll
• Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact and communicate with all level employees
• Computer literate is must (min MS Office)
