UNIVERSAL INDOFOOD PRODUCT (UNIBIS) is one of the leaders in the food manufacturing business for over 35 years. Located in Medan, Nort Sumatera, UNIBIS engaged in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of wide range of biscuits and wafers and is currently seeking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following positions :

HRD Manager

Qualifications:

• Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
• University Degree in Psychology/Law.
• Min. 3-5 years experience in similar position.
• Preferably applicant having ever worked in medium-scale factories to top (300-500 workers).
• Good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Responsible to manage the human resources department (training, recruitment, database and payroll).
