Call Center Agent - MEDAN
(Sumatera Utara - MEDAN)

Responsibilities:

• Giving best services to the customer by phone
• Giving solutions to the customer
• Giving information about product to the customer

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with maximum age 30 years old.
• University background, minimum D3 from any major with last GPA 2,5.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as Call Center or Customer Service minimum 3 months.
• Have a good communication skill.
• GOOD COMMAND IN ENGLISH Min. Pasif.
• Familiar with computer (minimum Ms Office).
• Good interpersonal skill and persuasive.
• Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy and Willing to Seek for Information to Solve Problem at Work .
• Hard worker and could work under pressure.
• WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE TIME (SHIFTING).
• Domicile and will be Based in MEDAN
