It is a market leader in the manufacturing of palm oil, soap, margarine and owns ships tankers, a grain terminal and bulk tank terminal.

To support our operation, we are looking for highly potential people to fill in the position:

TRAINING SPECIALIST-HOSPITALITY

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and create soft skill training for employees
• To evaluate training result according to performance and employees attitude
• Modified module according to current and future company business
• Prepare training plan (internal & external trainee) for all employee base on departments required

Qualification:

• Male max 38 years old
• S1 Degree from management education back ground
• Minimum 5 years experiences in same position, specifically in star hotel
• Computer literate and its related Design software.
• Good communication and English language skill
