PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Medan as:

Cashier (Code: CR)

Reports to Accounting Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
Communicate with suppliers who are asking the status of the payment.
Ensure that all payment transactions are fully authorized.
Communicate with company’s bank any payment rejected by supplier’s bank.
Create manual payment to retransfer rejected payment.
Ensure that all the transaction already released.
Issue check for petty cash reimbursement from terminal and head office.
Record the travel advance requested by employee.
Record travel reimbursement submitted by employee.

General Requirements:

Currently stay in Medan
Must possess at least D3 with Finance/Banking/Accounting background.
Maximum 1 year working experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with higher qualification (S1) are encouraged to apply.
Deep understanding in accounting and basic administration.
Have knowledge in preparation of financial report.
Have knowledge in ERP system (PICK and JDE) will be a plus.
English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
