GENERAL AFFAIR SPECIALIST

Job Description

• Responsible in monitoring, identification of non- conformances and recommendations to ensure that all business operations and process of all business units are in line with the corporate values, policies, and program, and in conformances with good corporate practices
• closely work all concerned departments to monitor the implementation of corrective actions program in all business unit towards full compliance
• Provide leadership and assistants in driving organizational improvements and development through the implementation of best HR practices

Requirement

• male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree of law
• Minimum 3 years experiences as General affairs in Hospitality
• excellent communication in both written and spoken english
• computer literate (MS Office)
• good interpersonal and organizational skills
• highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity
• willing to work in Medan
