An International Hotel based in Medan, need candidates to fill vacant positions:

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE ( QAE )

Requirements:

• Female/male , max 40 years old
• Graduated from Tourism Academy
• Min 2 ( two ) years experience in similar position
• Having experience as a Trainer
• Able to speak English ( oral & written ) & Computer literate
• Strong leadership and team player with good interpersonal relationship
• Willing to be based in Medan

Job Description Quality Assurance:

• Looking into improving the work process of each department
• Improving rating system service standards of each department
• To increase productivity of each department and employee
• To maintain high service standards resulting in guest satisfaction
