To support our activities, we re looking for highly motivated person to fill position :

HRD MANAGER

Job Descriptions

Responsible for all Human resources activities: personnel policies, personal Admin, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training and development, motivate and retain effective human resources
Manages the company compensation and benefits administration to ensure conformity with regulations and corporate policies
Keep abreast of labor laws and industrial relations
Review HR practices in support of business strategies
Plan and organize welfare activities within the community
Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities

Requirements
Male of Female max.45 Years old
Bachelor Degree in Law/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a well-known hotel or resort company preferred.
Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
Communicate effectively within and outside the organization, and must possess excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
Experience in counseling and coaching
Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication skills
