Project Manager (PM)

(Aceh, Bali, Bengkulu, Papua, Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Lampung, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Riau, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Yogyakarta, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Gorontalo, Maluku Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Menghandle seluruh aspek project meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta laporan akhir project
• Sebagai perwakilan perusahaan di project dalam berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak client, subkon, supplier, maupun pihak-pihak lain terkait
• Mengkoordinasi, mengatur, dan memimpin tim project agar mencapai hasil maksimal dan profitable

Requirements:

• Pria, usia antara 35 - 45 tahun, sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Kandidat memiliki pendidikan minimal sarjana tehnik sipil
• Lebih diutamakan bagi yang memiliki sertifikat dibidang konstruksi dan atau konstruksi baja
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman dibibidang yang sama, lebih diutamakan pernah menangani project bangunan industri, pembangunan pabrik, gudang, workshop, dan sejenis khususnya yang menggunakan struktur baja
• Bahasa Inggris dan pengetahuan yang baik tentang penggunaan program-program komputer, autocad, serta struktur baja adalah keharusan
• Komunikatif, mampu mengatasi masalah, memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dan mampu menampilkan laporan-laporan yang informatif kepada atasannya (project coordinator)
• Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Indonesia

Located in Medan, Nort Sumatera, UNIBIS engaged in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of wide range of biscuits and wafers and is currently seeking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following positions :

Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years experience in Project Manager at Food Industry.
• Male with maximum age 40 years old.
• University Degree in Engineering Industry/Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering in related field.
• Must have knowledge of the concept of development planning factory.
• Must have both knowledge of planning and implementation of food production process.
• Able to manage and coordinate the Supervisors and all the crews involved in production process.
• Must have knowledge of industry management, budge analysis, planning, schedule and administration.
• Able to control budget effectively and efficiently.
• Able to monitor and control the time schedule project.
• Able to respond to consumers’ complaint.
• Willing to be placed in Medan (North Sumatra).
