PT. IndoRaya Mitra Persada 168 are a well established company having business interest in agribusiness / fertilizer. In line with our commitments for growth, we are now seeking for highly qualified candidate for following position:

Agronomist
(Jakarta or Medan)

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in agronomist
• 2 years working experience as agronomist / plantation or handling product / brand agrochemicals / fertilizer in a medium / large sized company
• Must have through knowledge and good contacts with companies in the related fields, to make networking with wholesalers and retailers and able to maintain business relations
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skill, good database analytical, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge
• Based on Jakarta or Medan

Crop Analyst

The successful candidate should process the following qualities:

• Have a Degree/Diploma in Agronomy or related field
• Preferably has minimum 2 years experience working in Palm Oil Plantations
• Willing to travel extensively
• Motivated, self driven and independent
• Have a good command in english and communication skills

The candidate will be provided training and career depelopment troughtout his/her tenure with the commpany, as well as opportunity to travel regionally in Asia.
