URGENTLY REQUIRED
A Major food manufacturing company based in Medan requires the following personnel :

Procurement Officer (PO)

Responsibilities:

• Managing Purchasing Requisition Process
• Coordination with suppliers and head of warehouse to set up timely delivery
• Make reports and documentations

Requirements :

• Female, max 28 years old
• Reputable University degree with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Able to create reports or documentations (charts, forms, templates, etc)
• Familiar with ISO Quality System will be of advantage

Requirements for all above positions :

• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
